1 General Terms and Conditions

This document forms a legal agreement applicable to the use of the fbi77 platform (www.fbi77.cam) and all its associated services. "We", "our" and "fbi77" refer to the operating entity of this platform. "You", "user" and "member" refer to the person registered on or using the platform.

By accessing our platform, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Important: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction of Bangladesh courts shall apply.

fbi77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use our platform:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. We strictly discourage gaming by minors.
  • You may only operate one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited.
  • You must register with accurate and current information — providing false information may result in account closure.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Sharing or transferring your account to a third party is prohibited.
  • It is your own responsibility to verify whether online gaming is legal in your area.
Please note: Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same phone number, email address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Verification

fbi77 conducts an account verification process to ensure secure transactions and prevent fraud. We may request the following documents at any time to verify your identity:

  • A clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
  • Proof of ownership of payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay account documents)

Withdrawal processing may be on hold until verification is complete. If verification documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to financial transactions on fbi77:

Deposits

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods)

  • Funds will be reflected in your account after a successful deposit

Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
  • Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
  • Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the deposit
  • Additional documents may be required for large withdrawals until verification is complete
  • fbi77 reserves the right to review unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests
Transaction Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If an exchange rate applies, the rate displayed at the time of the transaction will be effective.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The following general terms and conditions apply to bonuses and promotional offers provided at fbi77:

  • Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times.
  • Wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Contribution rates specific to each game may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
  • A bonus offer is applicable only once per household, address, device, or IP address.
  • Unused bonuses will be forfeited if an account is closed or suspended.
  • fbi77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
  • If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
Wagering Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you will need to wager 15 times the total ৳2,000, which is ৳30,000, before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on fbi77:

  • Each game has its own rules, which are described in detail on the game page.
  • Bets from rounds cancelled due to technical errors or system outages will be refunded.
  • If any dispute arises regarding game results, fbi77's game logs will be considered the final proof.
  • In sports betting, if a match is cancelled, bets are generally refunded, though exceptions may apply depending on league rules.
  • In live casino games, if a disconnection occurs due to network issues, the dealer's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to access the platform using hacking, viruses, or harmful software
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
  • Placing bets using a third party's account

  • Defrauding other players or exploiting system errors
  • Disturbing, harassing, or insulting other users
  • Creating accounts for minors or facilitating their access to gaming
Warning: If any of the above activities are proven, fbi77 reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit funds, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

fbi77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated
  • If identity verification fails or false information is provided
  • If suspicious financial activity is identified
  • Upon receipt of a court order or government directive
  • If an account remains inactive for an extended period

You may also contact our support team at any time to request closure of your account. Before account closure, you will be given the opportunity to complete the verification process and withdraw any remaining eligible funds.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fbi77 is not liable for the following:

  • A game being interrupted mid-way due to internet disconnection or technical issues
  • Delays in transactions caused by third-party payment gateways or banks
  • Losses resulting from theft of a user's login credentials or unauthorised access
  • Service disruption due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions
  • Losses caused by errors in third-party game software
